INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION TO STD.II FOR THE YEAR 2026-2027

  1. The application must be submitted online only. All supporting documents must be uploaded as required in jpg format.
  2. COST OF Application INR 600/- ( Payment will be accepted only online after final submission of Form). PLEASE CONTACT SCHOOL ACCOUNTS OFFICE BEFORE RE-PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FORM FEE IF FEE AMOUNT DEDUCTED ONCE FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, BUT NOT SHOWING PAYMENT STATUS COMPLETED (IN PORTAL). Online form avialable for General Category from 06.01.2026 to 13.01.2026 till 6.00 p.m.
    ( ADMISSION AGAINST VACANCY IN LKG & STD UKG TO VII WILL BE DECLARED ON 01.04.2026 )
  3. After payment download the form and submit to the school office with all documents by 17th January,2026.
  4. VISIT THE SCHOOL WEBSITE -> www.jamshedpurpublicschool.in
  5. Child's Name written in Registration Form as per Birth certificate. Nick names of the child will not be encouraged.
  6. AGE REQUIREMENT - Should have completed 7 years as on 1st APRIL, 2026. MUST HAVE BEEN BORN BEFORE - 01.04.2019 AS PER BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND REPORT CARD.
  7. THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF DATE OF BIRTH
    Upload any one of the following Birth Certificate from the :
      1. Municipality / Corporation
      2. Office of Births and Deaths
      3. Notified Area Committee
      4. Baptismal certificate (in the case of a Catholic/Christian)

      Note :
      i) The registration form will not be accepted without the Birth Certificate and Photograph of the Child. Please don't upload receipt of application for Birth Certificate in lieu of Birth Certificate.
      ii) DATE OF BIRTH AND NAME OF THE CHILD ONCE ENTERED IN THE FORM WILL NOT BE CHANGED.
      iii) HOROSCOPES, AFFIDAVITS OR HANDWRITTEN / TYPED / ATTESTED CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  8. THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF RESIDENCE
    Uoload any one of the following Documents :
      1. Passport
      2. AADHAR Card
      3. Driving License
      4. GAS Connection
      5. Electric/Telephone Bill
  9. Blood group to be specified in the given column.
  10. Caste - If SC/ST or OBC -Please provide caste certificate of Mother OR Father OR Child
  11. Aadhar/UID Number of the child is Not mandatory at this stage. However in case your child gets admission into our school, then the admission will be regularized only after the Aadhar number is submitted.

    5 Candidates having their own brother/sister in JPS School Xerox copy of the first page of the diary of the sibling
    6 General Not Applicable
  13. NO DONATIONS/PRESSURES:

    Letters of Recommendation or pressure from any source will not be considered. Such candidates will be Disqualified. This school does not accept donations in cash or kind for admission, directly or indirectly. Please do not meet the Principal regarding admission.

  14. CAUTION : There are persons who accept money with assurance of securing a seat for your child. The Management has nothing to do with these persons. Do not be duped. RECOMMENDATION OF ANY KIND WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
  15. It is obvious that we cannot accommodate all the children that apply for admission.Therefore do not bank on this school only.
  16. AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE ANY DATA ENTERED IN THE FORM WILL NOT BE CHANGED.
  17. REJECTION AFTER ADMISSION :

    ANY DISCREPANCY DISCOVERED IN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE or in the ABOVE PROCEDURE will lead to AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION of the seat and there will be no refund of fees.
